Awesome General VA with Outstanding Written and Spoken English, Customer Service skills

I run an Australian based freight company that provides domestic and international shipping solutions. I’m recruiting a dedicated, friendly & outgoing team member to join our existing customer support team.

As part of the frontline ‘Customer Help Team’ this role involves taking incoming support enquiries from customers regarding quotes or questions relating to our online booking portal. Other tasks include shipment track & trace investigations, freight carrier follow up for customer orders, invoicing and general admin tasks.

The ideal candidate speaks perfect English and is capable of working at a fast pace to resolve time sensitive customer issues while providing outstanding service to delight our customers.

You are known for having a high attention to detail, are passionate about customer service and strive to be part of a high performance team.

I’m looking for a full time General VA Customer Support working business hours 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday, Brisbane Australia (AEST) time.

Wage: AUD$400 pmth to AUD$600 pmth / PHP17,000 to PHP 22,000 pmth
