We are on the lookout for passionate individuals to work with our team. Your decisions, analysis and work will directly impact what we do on a day-to-day basis.
We are looking for someone to work closely with our Operations Associate who has previous Customer Service and Amazon experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Opening claims regarding shipments sent to Amazon.
- Arranging pick-up for LTL and international purchase orders as required
- Communicating with vendors regarding issues with deliveries through
- Responding to tickets through zendesk or other ticketing systems
- Communicating with warehouse and vendors regarding returns through
- Checking listings on eBay, Amazon and other marketplaces and fixing if necessary
Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central
- MS Office (Excel Vlookup)
BONUS Qualifications:
- Experience using Zendesk
- Experience using hubspot
- Experience opening cases in Amazon Seller Central
- Experience listing products on marketplaces like eBay, Walmart, Amazon etc.
