We are seeking a live chat and e-mail customer support rep to support our e-commerce Upgrade to see actual infondidate must be available to work from 9AM to 5PM EST (United States Eastern Time) from Monday to Upgrade to see actual infondidate must have perfect written English skills and prior customer service experience with E-Mail and Live Chat support. Experience with Zendesk / Boldchat / Zopim systems is also a plus. E-Commerce marketplace experience (eBay, Amazon, Alibaba, Bigcommerce) is also preferred.
