Hey, my name is Mike.

I own a small but powerful digital marketing company for local businesses. Our team is made up of 4 in-house team members and 3 full time team members in PH. We also have a strategic partner in PH that works with us too.

Our in-house team members have been with me from the start...for 10 + years! Our PH team members (all from OnlineJobs.ph) have all been full time with me for 3 + years! Basically, once people start working with me they stay. I treat people right and we have a ton of fun.

By the way..this includes clients too. They stay with us because we get results!

I am looking for someone to join our team who is an expert in Wordpress development and with the Divi Theme.

- PSD to wordpress (Divi Theme)
- Altering existing themes
- Troubleshooting coding issues
- Theme modification if needed)
- Other Wordpress related tasks.

If you can do graphic design that is a HUGE bonus for us and you will be given an advantage in the hiring process.


Let's see what else can I tell you....Ok...we have like a ton of days off we give our PH team. We have the 13th month of course, we have a team slack channel, we have taco rewards that get you cool stuff like extra money, extra paid time off, stuff like that..

Also, we are coming to PH in Jan for a team retreat. If you are part of our team you will be invited!

Qualified candidates will have many??emails between me and them, be asked to show and share examples of work and ultimately will have a Zoom interview before we hire you.

A few requirements for the job:

-- This will be a full time 40/hr a week position.

-- We ask all our team members who are not in the office to use Hubstaff because we have to have accountability to our clients who we bill hourly.

-- You will be required to be online during part of our office hours so we can communicate about our projects and clients. We need someone who can communicate with us right away and can work to fix the problem. This is why we require part of your time to be while we are working so we can work with you and collaborate on projects.

-- You must be proficient in speaking and writing English. This is important so we can communicate effectively.

-- We pay on the 5th and the 20th.

-- You will become part of our team, not just a contract outsourcer. Since this is full time you would only be able to work for me. I can't have you working 2 jobs or anything like that.
