JOB OVERVIEW

Vitamonk is currently looking for a full time customer service representative to handle our inbound customer interaction and Amazon Seller Central Management. As our CSR you will be responsible for responding to customer emails including inquiries and complaints, and also manage Amazon Seller Central.

You will need to be able to read the customer’s email, determine which proper template to use according to our guidelines and respond to the customer with this template. You will also work with our Department Head to identify any inquiries that do not currently have a proper template, and help create templates for these inquiries.

You will also need to be able to navigate Amazon Seller Central, create coupons and promotions, edit and create listings, give refunds, contact seller support, and respond to negative reviews.

Requirements:
At least 3 years working in the BPO industry as a CSR representative
At least 1 year Amazon experience is a plus
Organized
Fluent written and spoken English
Strong internet connection

Skills Required:
Read and understand customer inquiries and complaints
Experience with Amazon Seller Central
Can determine which templates to use for customer inquiries and complaints
Have strong reading and writing skills
Can appropriately respond to hostile customer emails
Help Department Head adjust templates based on customer responses
Can analyze customer service analytics

Benefits:
Salary $500 ($600 after 3 month training)
