We need a technical write to create content for our knowledge center/ help desk. You will create content so users can self-serve, find FAQs and reduce the number of support tickets.
We will give you the feature spec (written in user story format), along with the UI and an interactive mock-up so you can understand how the feature work.
The format should take inspiration from
