Sketchup, Lumion and Revit operators (URGENT HIRING!)

Hamadah Architecture is a Kuwait-based architectural firm looking for a full-time long-term BIM/Revit Expert for various projects.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. BIM modeling for structural design discipline
2. Production of architectural working drawings using Revit
3. Sketchup modeling for exterior and interior
4. Ability to read structural/architectural design drawings
5. Renders and animation production in Lumion

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor's/College Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
2. Professional License (Passed Board/ Professional License Exam) in Architecture
3. At least 3 years of work experience in BIM/Revit, Sketchup and Lumion
4. Must be well-versed and knowledgeable in Revit and AutoCAD for drawing linkage and clear
5. Ability to export DWF and other formats for collaboration internally and externally
6. Good written and verbal communication skills
7. Attention to detail and a discerning eye for high-quality output
