Writes to create project descriptions based on scientific papers

We are looking for a writer who can read scientific papers and write a plain-English summary.

The papers are engineering focused.
Your job is reading journal papers filled with specialized technical terminology, and figuring out how to explain their contents in language that engineers without a scientific background can understand. Next to that, the content extracted from the scientific papers need to be documented in a specific format which includes images, specifications, and reference links.
