Mortgage Loan Processor

Skills and Qualifications:
Enter loan information into the loan origination system
Prepare, review and ensure the timely delivery of all loan disclosures to your clients
Experienced in managing multiple loans at any given time
Experienced in managing the loan process from beginning to end
Monitor files through processing and underwriting to ensure a smooth process and timely closing
Communicate clearly and professionally with all borrowers , lenders ( Bank ) , title company or third party vendors etc.
Work in a fast-paced environment and successfully meet expectations set by management
Provide a high level of support to Loan Officers
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Request and review compliance checks
Scheduling and tracking of closing dates, contingency dates and loan lock expiration.
Evaluate and analyze all areas of the mortgage loan application; including credit, income, assets, collateral, and compliance documents to ensure loan meets company, investor, regulatory guidelines and underwriting conditions
Collect loan conditions from clients to close the loan
