What qualities are needed to be successful?

This job is for an audition. I will be selecting 5 candidates to hire on a trial basis. After seeing your work, we’ll choose who to bring onto the team.

Skills are something that can be learned and perfected over time. As corny as it sounds, there are two qualities that I look for:

Integrity and Upgrade to see actual infoegrity - You are a good fit if you can be honest with your fellow team members. Open communication and honesty are paramount to myself and the Upgrade to see actual infomitment - We're looking for someone who is looking for a long-term relationship with the expectations that this could become full time. If you’re just looking for a few months of work, this is not for you.

As the business grows, we're only interested in working with individuals who truly have a desire to join our team on a long term basis.
