Customer Service Representitive

Our company is looking for one customer service representative who has experience with Manychat and excel. The job requires a chat agent to talk with customers who need support for an automated messenger bot when the customer has questions about an order and the bot is not programmed for a response. The job also requires review and data entry into an excel file with customer orders as well as some other related data entry. Applicants must be fluent in English (C2 proficiency preferred) and have experience using Manychat and Excel. Applicants must be willing to work 6 hours per day for 2 days a week, Saturday and Sunday. We need one customer service representative to work 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST.
