For a customer of ours, a US eCommerce platform, we are building a new customer care team.

The main duties will revolve around:
- Managing direct messages and comments on Facebook and Instagram
- Answering questions and customer requests through our ticketing system
- Answering questions and customer requests via Live Chat
- Interact with potential customers/audiences via Instagram messages, follow them, and comment on their posts
All above shall be carried out in a timely and professional manner.

The objective is to deliver an above average customer service, which in turn should improve customer experience, sky rocket customer satisfaction and boost sales.

You’ll be working from home using your own computer and mobile.

Must haves:
- A fast and reliable internet connection and Skype
- Reliable and energetic personality, thriving to serve customers
- Ability to work over the weekend and cover for US times as we are mainly catering the US market
