Instructional Designer - Long Term Stable Role with Australian Company

Our growing company has a fantastic role for an Instructional Designer / Content Developer. This is a long-term and completely remote opportunity which entails the production of exceptional training modules, quiz questions, and other types of content related to the Salesforce CRM platform.

If you love writing, software, technology, and learning, and have the required skills and experience, then this may be the perfect job for you. We are looking for individuals who can produce engaging training materials for people who would like to learn about the capabilities of the Salesforce platform. As a technical content developer, you will be expected to understand new concepts and explain them simply in words and infographics

The core of our business is creating comprehensive study guides and practice exams for people who are preparing to take a Salesforce certification exam. Hence, the role is to help us create and maintain the study guides and practice exam questions for the Salesforce certifications that we cover currently. This is a long term, stable position for people looking to find steady home-based work. We are looking for someone who will be available from 9 am-5 pm Philippine time. This is not suitable for someone who only has time available some evenings and weekends.

Required Experience and Skills:

Experience with training development related to Information Technology
Experience with creation of diagrams and infographics using tools such as Google Slides
Ability to create diagrams and presentations to illustrate complex concepts
Ability to summarize information in the form of bullet points
Ability to create well-formed multiple choice questions and explanations for online exams
Ability to create mind maps and other types of graphics to explain concepts

Nice to Have:
Experience with Salesforce CRM/Salesforce Certification
