!Customer Support Rockstar!

We are looking for rockstar VAs who specializes in Email Customer Service and Social Media Management???

*** MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHOPIFY and ALIEXPRESS ***

We are looking for the best 3 agents who can work full time on weekdays (8 hours, Monday - Friday) and another 3 best agents who can work part-time on weekends only (still 8 hours, Saturday - Sunday).

BEST - means you have the heart to work as a customer service representative. We want to hire only those who have the right inititative and can work with integrity. Must have the skill of a good customer service agent that knows how to transition difficult situations into a better/best one.

MUST also have great English communication skill especially in writing.

Tasks:
*Assist emails in a timely manner, making sure no emails are sitting for a couple of hours before answered.
*Social Media Management through Agora
*Must know how to use Google Sheets.

Work days:
1. Monday - Friday
2. Saturday - Sunday
Time: TBD

Rate: $3/hr PLUS bonuses upon performance evaluation!
