We’re Hiring a Virtual Recruitment Sourcing Specialist..
Fast-paced recruiting firm based in the United States is seeking a motivated self-starter to join
our team as a virtual recruitment sourcing specialist.

You are...
? Extremely organized
? Reliable and punctual
? Fluent in english (written and verbal)
? A great writer
? Familiar with recruiting and sourcing candidates
? Knowledgeable in RecruiterFlow ATS (a recruitment candidate database)
? Well-versed in Boolean search
? Available 40/hrs a week / full-time
What will you be doing?
? Using job sites to search for candidates and scrape resumes for contact information
? Building spreadsheets in Google sheets and or Excel
? Create targeted lists of candidates based off of provided criteria
? Sourcing qualified candidates based on resume
? Scheduling interviews with candidates via email
? Responding promptly to emails
? Utilizing Slack for communication with team
? Scouring CareerBuilder, Monster, and Ziprecruiter
? Sending messages to qualified candidates on Job boards
? Parsing resumes into RecruiterFlow based on our criteria
? Providing manager with qualified resumes to call
? Updating ATS and cleaning old data out
? Typing up new job descriptions
? Posting job descriptions on provided platforms
