Looking for a quick and savvy Viritual Assistant to grow with me!

I am looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant who is SMART, FAST and has a super can do attitude. HONESTY and DEDICATION are important me, and would need to be for you too!

I have a spiritual service based business filled with super loving clients, and I would love for them to feel extra cared Upgrade to see actual info would be a bonus if you were open and curious to topics such as mediation, chakras, and angels.

MUST BE TECHNOLOGICALLY SAVVY, english proficient, be able to manage time well, work off a mac, and CREATIVITY is a huge plus! I may not have a lot of deadlines, but I when I do have them, they need to be met.

Some possible tasks include:
* Managing online events calendar
* Building landing pages
* Managing Client Care Email (this is set up through iMail very easily in SiteGround)
* Setting up weekly video blog (Video to YouTube, Email in Converkit, Blog in Squarespace).
* Sending follow up emails to clients with their video link from vimeo
* Creating PDFs on brand
* Creating presentations in Keynote with the copy I give
* Helping people schedule appointments
* Proofreading class handouts / copy for error
* Updating member content in Kajabi
* Updating Squarespace website here and there

.... basically helping me to take things off my plate so I have more space to create! Attention to detail is really important to me, so if you are interested in this job post, reply with one ritual or daily habit you have that makes you a happier person! =-)

I am a also looking for help to develop marketing and sales funnels. If you can do this too, huge plus!

Common systems I use: Acuity, Squarespace, Kajabi, canva, keynote, siteground hosting.

This is a GREAT part time gig with room to grow with me, but you must be willing to commit and go all-in 100%! Hourly rate is entry level to start, and you will grow as I do!
