Amazon Expert - Product Research

I am looking for an Amazon Expert (Technically an E-comm expert). I will be assigning the work in phases and i will be working with the candidate most of the time. I will need extensive help on following research Upgrade to see actual infoscription:
This job is extensively on product/platform research. Sky is the limit when it comes to the products but there are certain criteria when we start doing research. I need someone who understand the e-comm business very well specifically Amazon/Ebay business.

Following key tasks is where I need his/her expertise.
1) Research - Need extensive research on the product types and various products with specific criteria.
2) Listing the Products on various platform - creativity on finding new sales platforms not just the amazon.
3) Data scrapping for the provided product list.
4) Maintain all the current listings and inventory tracking.
5) Some book keeping/admin work (10% of time)

Qualities:
He/She should carry leadership qualities. I need good reporting skills. A person should be able to work independently and as well as supervision. He/She should be honest and hard working in his work. He/She needs would earn the reputation by providing results to grow in his career. He/she would come with prior experience in e-commerce specifically in Amazon/e-Bay.
