JOB OVERVIEW

Position Description:

An Architecture office is seeking for its R&D division an applicant’s whose expertise can support research and development in the technology domain of architecture design and Upgrade to see actual infondidates will be considered for the full-time Upgrade to see actual infondidates should be qualified to research and draft research paper abstracts as well as be able to prepare book summaries and lecture materials.

We will consider candidates with backgrounds in architecture and/or engineering and whose record of achievement includes teaching and research into the role of technology in the built environment. This is broadly defined as subjects including design technology, computation, environmental systems, structures, energy use, and sustainability among others.
Key expectations:

• Deep interest in technology-oriented architecture research.
• Explore and define new research areas and plans within the research agenda of the R&D.
• Implement, provide assistant, and execute projects within the R&D.
• Ability to quickly develop a research from beginning into a well formed idea for a product and present yourself as a critical
thinking in that area of research.
• Find and nurture collaborative research between academia and industry and fuse ideas into current research

Qualifications:
• Candidates should hold, at a minimum, a terminal degree at a Masters or PhD level, or its equivalent.
• Must have a positive customer-service orientation and be detail oriented.
• Microsoft Office Suite and google docs needed, willingness to learn other software.

Salary will be negotiated and depending on level of skills.
