Social Media Manager

We are looking for an adaptable and versatile individual able to take the lead managing the social media for a successful entrepreneur.

You will be responsible for managing the social media presence, marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including but not limited to:
? Generate/curate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, graphics, videos, and news)
? Monitor, listen and respond to users in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
? Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts to increase engagement & user acquisition
? Oversee social media accounts design & copy (ie: Facebook cover, profile pic, bio text, etc.)
? Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the company - Report notable threats to appropriate management
ESSENTIAL QUALITIES:
? Familiar with a wide range of social media platforms.
? Knows how to grow social media following.
? Proven work experience as a Social media manager
? Experience with sourcing and managing content development and publishing
? Excellent copywriting and language skills
? Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
? Able to use scheduling software
? Flexible, adaptable and able to work on a variety of tasks i.e. testing a website, evaluating a design or proofreading legal documents.
? Organized and able to keep track of several tasks at once.
? Self-motivated and able to work remotely
? Familiar with using Slack and Google Docs.

As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.
