I am the owner of an Amazon and eBay stores. We are selling DVD and Blu-Ray's, Computer games, Computer accessories. Been in the business for 5 years. Looking for a personal assistant to delegate a part of day to day responsibilities, but mainly need assistance answering
The job will take 40 hours per week, full time.

Responsibilities are mostly for Amazon store and Excel data analyzing (not limited to that):
1. Track lost items in FBA shipments to Amazon.
2. Requesting refunds from Amazon for the lost items
3. Track returned items reimbursement.
4. Creating an informative spreadsheet in Excel when needed.
5. Communication with Amazon to notate Product Condition Customer Complaints, Product Authenticity Customer Complaint.

8. Correct Pricing Errors
Requirements:
Advanced knowledge of Amazon. Manager of an Amazon Store in the past is an advantage.
Advanced user of Excel.
Experience with a Customer Service.
Ability to clearly express yourself verbally and in writing.
