JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a VA that will serve as a travel coordinator and an all-around executive assistant for a resort in the MIMAROPA region.

If you see yourself doing the following, please consider applying:
- handling bookings from inquiry to check-in
- plotting room reservations
- creating price quotations
- corresponding with guests from all over the world
- buying travel tickets
- coordinating with suppliers
- managing a Facebook page
- helping in the relaunch of a website
- updating online trackers
- thinking about process improvement
- among others

You must have experience in customer service via email and chat as well as exposure to a sales-oriented role. You must also be familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and other related applications.

Lastly, you must be genuinely interested in traveling and/or nature.
