Help Ticket Support Specialist

We are looking for someone who will be able to respond to tickets through a help desk and assign them to the proper person through our CRM.

Looking for someone to work a few hours a day.

Position is ideal for someone who already has a job and would like a bit of extra cash!

Requirements:

- Must have good writing skills

- Must be clearly spoken in English

- Must be able to write English very well

- Must follow directions very well
