Rockstar General VA - Admin / Social Media and digital marketing legend

FULL TIME position

We are wanting another FULL TIME VA to join our expanding team.

We have an amazing team of nearly 40 Virtual Assistants already and we are looking for our next team member to join Upgrade to see actual infoSENTIALS: (please don’t apply if you aren’t amazing at these skills below)
* Communication with speaking, talking and writing in English
* Fantastic with client engagement on social media platforms like Facebook, We need you to be amazing at managing communication, relationship management and being the pivotal team member between ourself and our clients.
* Must be proactive in task completion, working in our team and being a communication wizard.
* Active Campaign - must be good at using AC, setting up basic workflows of automation
* Social media platforms Facebook and Instagram champion.
* Must be able to use Canva, put together handouts like Newsletters and use MailChimp.
* Must be able to complete basic updates of a WordPress website

ABSOLUTE ESSENTIALS:
* GREAT ENGLISH SPEAKING, COMPREHENSION SKILLS

The Role:
* Full Time - 40hr per week
* General admin duties such as general email correspondence, scheduling Facebook posts that are provided and using project management boards like Trello.

* Supportive, close knit team members that help each other out all the time.
* full training and support is provided to ensure you are very comfortable with being able to complete your role confidently asap.
* fully systemised structure to ensure you can focus on being the rockstar you are, without having to try and guess what to Upgrade to see actual info's all there, set out and structured to empower you to excel in your role and our team.

Remuneration:
* Based on experience and ability.
* paid fortnightly
* $300 - $400 per fortnight ($600 - $800 monthly)
* paid in Australian Dollars via Paypal.
* 40hr work weeks

Extra Notes:
* All systems and training is provided
* All VA's are also placed under mentoring with our VA Manager to help with your job role and tasks
* Communication through email and Voxer (Voxer Walkie Talkie - free app similar to WhatsApp, but much better and easier to use)
* All materials, documents, frameworks etc are provided through online sharing platforms like dropbox and/or google drive.
