JOB OVERVIEW

Swisstank is a company dedicated to the development of brands, products and services
internationally, to benefit people and improve their quality of life. We use modern tools in Design,
Marketing and Business Development to grow and provide an outstanding customer experience.

We are looking for Business Development Experts to help expand our brands and products, search for
potential partnerships and clients, as well as

Responsibilities:

-Acquiring and managing potential distributors and agents for our brands;
-Research, contact and follow up with new leads;
-Identify opportunities with B2B clients and convert them into business actions;
-Develop strategies and plans to increase conversions and build good business relations;
-Lead negotiations with potential partners and clients;
-Manage interaction with our clients, maintain good business relations;
-Negotiate contracts, marketing plans, sales strategies, pricing models, and more in global
markets;
-Key Accounts management.

Requirements:

-University degree in Marketing and Business Management or proof of records within BD;
-Minimum two years of working experience in Business Development, preferably experience in
management of clients from companies with overseas projects;
-Understanding of international markets;
-Ability to work in an online environment;
-Negotiation and sales skills;
-Professional knowledge of business development, sales and marketing;
-Understanding of marketing principles is a plus;
-Chinese, Spanish and German language skills are a plus;
-Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
