Acquisitions Associate- Hard working, Dedicated, Fun Environment

Dear Friend,

Most real estate investors buy properties by using realtors or sending out a lot of direct Upgrade to see actual info fact, up until a couple months ago, we were doing that.

Then, one day, a friend gave us a "crazy idea" about how to get a hold of the same people - way Upgrade to see actual info sounded to good to be true, so we tested it out. AND... it worked!

So now we're looking to grow our team to keep up with the opportunity...

That's where you come in:

We're looking for a person for our Homeowner Outreach Program.

"What do I do?" You might ask?

It’s pretty simple. We have a system that allows you to reach out to homeowners directly to see if they would ever consider selling...

We show you exactly what you need to say to have meaningful conversations with homeowners in our market...

We will show you how to go through the whole process with a homeowner from start to finish

"But what do I get out of it?"

What we are looking for!

Reliable - Need to be able to consistently show up to work
Tech savvy - Need to know how to use a smartphone, google chrome, and learn how to use web based applications (but it's basically point and click)...
Typing skills - Must be able to type notes while on the phone with prospects...
Positive Attitude - People who will excel in this position are coachable and open to constructive criticism to get better quickly.
*Previous cold calling, appointment setting and telemarketing is a huge PLUS!
