JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast growing e-Commerce business selling on the Amazon US marketplace. We’re looking for a talented virtual assistant to join our team.

A VA with a strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central marketplace - must have prior experience in adding products and managing Amazon listings.
You will primarily be responsible for new product research, but the role might expand to customer service emails, communicating with suppliers, business administration, content writing, internet research and more

REQUIREMENTS:

--Excellent written and spoken English skills
--Outstanding research skills
--Analytical thinking skills
--Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
--Available to check and respond to emails 7 days per week
--Stable, high-speed internet connection and a reliable computer

--Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Spreadsheets
--A workplace where power outages are not frequent

--Willingness to work with us for the long term. We are not interested in someone who is thinking of staying just for a few months as a lot of effort is put into initial training
--MUST have no other job obligations - we expect full commitment from you
--PLUS: Prior experience with Amazon e-commerce is a plus; not required

Day to day responsibilities:
• List products on Amazon and other marketplaces by researching and implementing best practices.
• Building product feeds, editing images, writing copy, product upload, Amazon seller central search optimization and handling customer accounts on these platforms.
• Managing inventory at Amazon’s warehouse and replenishing as needed
• Weekly sales tracking and invoicing
• Track reviews and come up with ways to increase reviews from customers
• Respond to customer service issues
• Driving traffic and improve organic ranking, ads ranking and conversion through keyword research and improving listings
• Sponsored ads and display ads within Amazon platform

Work hours are normal Philippine business hours, but you must be available a couple times per week during evening/night time hours for video calls with company management. Must be able to work nights productively.

There will also be a paid trial period before you are hired permanently.
