Project & Account Manager - Full Time, Long Term Position

Videoprawn is a young and growing video-editing service, offing clients high-quality, low cost video on demand. We are looking to hire an exceptional communicator, with extensive experience in managing projects, problem-solving, and communicating with English speaking clients.

The top skills we are looking for are:

Reliability - You will be the first point of contact to our clients, who will expect prompt replies to their questions and queries. Therefore you must be an excellent timekeeper who is able to guarantee to be online and ready to go from 9am - 6pm UK time.

Project Management - You will be in charge of receiving incoming job requests, and deciding which editors to assign each job to, based on each editor’s skill-set and current workload. You will need to be able to manage multiple editors, making sure they are on-time, assigned to the right jobs, and producing high-quality work in the time required.

Problem Solving - You will be faced with issues on a daily basis which will require your problem solving abilities. You will need to independently figure out the best solutions which will keep the clients happy, and ensure the work gets done. Your attention to detail must also be excellent, so please start your application with the word 'crustacean'.

Account Management - You will be the person who handles all client enquiries. These could be anything from asking for updates on projects, to technical queries about the platforms we use. You need to be friendly, approachable, and practical in the way you handle clients.

English & Communication - Having a native level of English is a must. You will be dealing with English clients on a daily basis and must be able to fully understand the nuances and intricacies of the language. Your written English must be perfect (spelling and grammar), and you need to be an excellent communicator who is able to challenge or question clients when necessary.

Knowledge of Video Editing
As our business is centered around video editing, you should have some knowledge and experience of video editing and the requirements around it. This will be learned as you progress in the job, but a starting understanding is an advantage.
