As indicated via the subject of the ad, we’re looking to bring on a new set of hands to our Customer Success department. Our company has been around since ’08, during which time, our job has been to serve Real Estate agents with growing their careers and offering a means to better market themselves as an authority by using our products.

As a Customer Success representative, your job is to assist members with fulfilling their orders through our software and ensuring they’re acclimated with the other software services available to them.

Based on current reporting from our Customer Success department, each rep handles;
10-20 Calls Per Day Average
10-20 Emails Per Day Average

As you can see, the number of engagements per day is small, though each call can last a considerable amount of time. We’re looking for an applicant with an exceptional command of the English language but written and verbal, moreover, someone who is patient and compassionate over the phone with our members.

This is a full-time – home-based position. However, we would like to offer onboarding physically here in Metro Manila for the first 1-2 weeks of your employment. During which, you WILL BE paid for every hour worked.

Salary & Hours of Operation:
- Monday – Friday – 9 AM – 6 PM EST
- Weekly Pay via PayPal
- Rate: 40,000-44,000 Per Month

- 2 – 15-minute paid breaks daily with a (not paid) 1-hour lunch break.
