JOB OVERVIEW

Brand Uprise Inc. is seeking for a motivated and proactive Virtual Assistant to help e-commerce and marketing related tasks.

We are a fast growing company located in California, USA focuses on brand marketing and sales channel development welcoming new teammates to join! We started as a channel distribution company and now we are ready to expand and grow the team and shift our focus into brand marketing & distributing all types of brands! With our existing and future unique customers and high-quality brands, we have confident especially with the addition of the professional talents to help us to be successful. We are looking for a highly motivated team-player!

To be successful in this role, you should have some previous experience or high interest in e-Commerce, marketing, digital marketing, social media marketing etc. Able to work in a start-up environment. You will join a creative team that is responsible for all types of work. We want to grow our team by adding passionate and enthusiastic young professionals. The ideal candidate will also have an analytical mindset and a keen eye for detail. Come join our team and help us make great things happen and expand with us!

Key Responsibilities
Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
1. e-Commerce operations
- Assist with the Amazon seller central operations
- Assist with Shopify store operations
- Assist with other e-Commerce related operations
2. Marketing
- Assist the Marketing team with day-to-day tasks and projects
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing communications, social efforts, and product campaigns
- Assist with the social media content marketing
- Assist with reporting and analytics for marketing promotions
- Assist with PR Media content writing
- Help with influencer outreach and relations
- Assist with special projects and events as needed
3. Admin & Customer Service
- Secretary related tasks
- Assist with customer service calls, cold calling or emailing when needed
- Help with other misc admin tasks if needed

Qualifications
Work knowledge with Amazon seller central and other e-Commerce platform
Working knowledge of social media and blogging
Quick learner and eager to take on responsibility and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Must have high interest in the e-Commerce and Marketing field
Passion for the blogging and social media platforms is preferred
Have some sense of design
Graphic design, adobe, photography skills are a plus!
Organized and detail oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Trustworthy and Proactive
Problem-solving skills
Professional and focus
Must be a team player
Must be able to get used to start-up company working style
Must have the heart to grow with the company
