JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for an experienced social media manager. Full time position. Specifically, someone with experience managing Facebook, Instagram, Upgrade to see actual info and Twitter. You must have at least 2 years of experience and accounts to show that you have personally worked on and grown. I’m looking for a long term hire and someone who wants to grow with our company. If you have any other talents, let us know to.

You will be responsible for developing strategies to grow the followers on each platform. You’ll need to document your processes and follow standard operating procedures as well as be available for communication during working hours. We are based in Brisbane Australia so 2 hours ahead of your time. We may need to quickly put something together and I’ll need to be able to reach out to you during work hours and have the task completed.

You also need to be very familiar with ads on these platforms since we will spend money to boost posts, run ads, and grow followers. You need to know how to use Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram ads to grow followers and engagement.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Produce social posts in a variety of tonalities.
- Create and execute strategic plans specifically for each social platform.
- Define key performance indicators (KPI’s) for each platform.
- Meet and exceed the goals set for each profile.
- Report analytics on a weekly basis.
- Create and curate content for each page.
- Schedule posts, research & test hashtags, continuously optimize.
- Answer comments and engage with other pages.
- Track and measure the success of every campaign to provide constructive feedback.
- Stay on the cutting edge of the latest social media trends and best practices.
- Create great images for all social media platforms
- Create high quality ebooks

Requirements:

- Must have at least 2 years of professional-level experience.
- Knowledge of content marketing, copywriting, design, etc.
- Knowledge of image creation software (canva, photoshop, indesign etc)
- Understand how to split test, interpret the data, and create the best approach for growing followers and engagement.
- Must be able to write and speak fluent English.
- Must be familiar with creating processes and documenting your actions.
