Hey! I am looking for a full-time employee to help with customer service, social media marketing, and
I have a small team (less than 5 people) so I need someone who is friendly and a team player. I also expect you to be able to learn my system, how we prefer our ads built, how to respond to the customers effectively, and more. This means you must be willing to learn fast and work hard.
I want this to be a long term position. Starting off, I will be communicating a lot with you to train you. I want someone who is available at least 5-6 days a week, every day. This means your internet access should be reliable and your schedule should be clear. I prefer someone who works during my day (your night).
We are a highly motivated and highly driven team. I expect my team members to perform well and learn quick. But I have been told I am very fun to work for and I truly care about my clients and team members.
