English Appointment Setter (EXPERT AND CLEAR IN ENGLISH)

I am a licensed insurance agent needing help with setting appointments.  I am looking for a person who is an expert in English and has some similar experience working with people over the phone.

If you speak great English and have a good phone personality; I will train the right person.  I want someone positive and cheerful.  Speaks clearly over the phone.  Someone with a CAN DO attitude.

You will be provided all the tools you need.  You simply ask people you are connected with (no dialing numbers) using our web based software if they would like a quote.  Your role is not to make a sale but collect a decision and take down the basic information.

This is a part time position.  You have the flexibility to work hours convenient for you , however the connections have to be made during U.S. daytime hours (generally you have to be available sometime to work a dedicated shift between 8pm and 5 am Philippines time - we're on the other side of the world!)  To be sure you actually read this posting, please include your type of favorite food to be further considered. 

The position pays $2 dollars an hour base - 4 hours maximum 5 days a week.  (we really want people to be available Saturday nights as this is Sunday morning when you can reach many people otherwise too busy to talk during the day) 
For every valid follow on appointment you set ; an additional bonus will be paid.  If you do well, you could make substantially more than your base hourly rate.  This would be discussed further if you qualify for an interview.

You need a high speed internet connection, a USB headset, and a decent computer.
