We are looking for a talented and very reliable virtual acquisition associate to operate inbound and outbound sales for our real estate company. Your daily role is to call and qualify outbound leads to be passed along to a sales manager. You will also respond to inbound lead submissions and qualify them the same way. We need a reliable associate to start off part-time with the desire to go full time within a few months. Responsibilities
Train daily on sales scripts and techniques
Respond to incoming leads with urgency
Placing detailed customer notes on potential leads
Place high volume of outbound calls using an auto dialer
Coordinating an appointment schedule for sales managers
Engage in weekly team meetings, which will consist of role play/scripts, and reporting of weekly KPIs
Suggest new ways to attract prospective leads and grow the business
Requirements
Proven work experience within Real Estate, inbound and outbound sales
High fluency in English, excellent communication skills
Familiarity with Mojo auto-dialer (or similar)
Multitasking and analytical skills
