Amazon Seller Support Expert

Hello,

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Seller Support representative that has worked for a minimum of 1 year in Upgrade to see actual info assisting sellers.

We are looking for a positive and proactive individual to assist an eCommerce company out of Australia with their Amazon Account on Upgrade to see actual info in the USA.

Our main issues with Seller Support is in getting tickets actually resolved or escalated if needed. We have adhoc tasks associated with our seller account and relationship with Upgrade to see actual info in which initially we'd need someone to do 10-20hours per week for us.

As we expand our business and the employees success in our company this will expand into other Upgrade to see actual info related duties inside our business. We are looking for a motivated and bright individual that is looking to grow.

For this Seller Support role we need someone persistant, who can take the initiative and get tickets resolved and actioned.
