CRM Operations

Shift Markets provides enterprise-level technology to clients entering the cryptocurrency space. Shift’s exchange product provides a turnkey solution including a front-end trading platform, back office, order management system and liquidity. We are seeking a remote-based CRM Admin to join our growing team. This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) with New York business hours.

Responsibilities
• Ensure the customer relationship management system is functioning efficiently
• Assist the data analyst by processing data and creating reports
• Other administrative duties as needed

Requirements
• Good understanding of CRM functionality and data analysis
• Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work efficiently with cross-functional teams
• Able to effectively communicate complex ideas
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Zoho, or similar CRM system

Qualifications
• At least 2 years of experience with CRM systems
• University diploma preferred

This a full-time (40 hours per week), permanent, remote-based Upgrade to see actual infondidates must be able to work Monday-Friday during New York business hours.
