VIRTUAL CPA JOB DESCRIPTION

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Data entry of clientele’s financial records and general ledger maintenance
• Key activities will include but not limited to
o Payroll setup, updating and processing
o Bank and credit card reconciliations
o Budget, forecast, cash flow analysis
o Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
o Adjusting of journal entries and month-end closing
o Monthly or quarterly financial reports
o Preparation of BAS/IAS workings
Candidate Qualifications
• Certified Public Accountant
• At least 3-6 years of relevant work experience
• Australian accounting experience is an advantage
• Good verbal and written English communication skills
• Xero Certification is a must
• Proficiency with state of the art software such as MYOB, Expensify, Receipt Bank, Payvu and Dropbox
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
