Virtual Assistant - Marketing and Social Media

This position is for a startup Media & Marketing Firm with clients in the tech, travel, fitness and coaching industry.

We are looking for a VA that can join our team and help us with the following goals

Our current goals:
- Grow our IG followers and engagement on social media.
- Create and distribute relevant, helpful content for our client's audiences
- Launch digital products, trips and events

Tools and platforms we use:
- Clickfunnels
- Canva
- Later social media app
- Squarespace
- MailerLite for emails
- Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube
- Google and FB Ads
- Sound and video editing software

Potential Tasks
- Marketing project management: blogs, email marketing, FB ads, retargeting etc
- Posting events on Meetup, FB and website
- Coordinating with venues for event planning
- Managing affiliate programs
- Research travel topics, travel influencers, companies or tech platforms
- Content management: helping to categorize content (pull photos, create clips from podcast/videos etc) and pass it on to the social media team
- Create designs for eBooks, presentations and social media using Canva
- Analytics and reports
- Customer service and email management

Skills:
- Strong spoken and written English skills
- Ability to handle several tasks at once and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills and transparency
- A good understanding of the different tools listed above and how they work together for a business
- Able to understand the big picture and help with tasks to increase productivity for the business
- Proactive and results-oriented. Entrepreneurial candidates are welcome!


Experience:
Please reply with 2 examples of VA tasks that you've done in the past that helped a business build processes and productivity or helped them grow their audience/followers/revenue.

Please send at least 10 Canva designs that you have created for clients in the past.
