We're a young, dynamic, and fast-growing real estate tech startup in the US. We're looking for a Customer Support to work with home sellers and real estate brokers.

Responsibilities:
• Fill seller orders and get them listed.
• Track all orders and ensure at all times we’re aware of the status of each order
• Ensure all customer issues and questions are tracked
• Track and improve time for resolution of issues
• Get feedback from customers to improve customer experience
• Supervise automation and validation of all listing documents and products that customers will buy
• Look for new products to upsell by a broker and add them on the website

Requirements:
1. Real estate experience with a US brokerage is preferred
2. Great communication skills - both oral and written
3. Good email writing skills
4. Convincing power
5. Problem Solving Ability
6. Situation Adaptive
