We are looking for an Amazon customer support whose main focus is to moderate comments and provide feedback to all product reviews/ comments received on our amazon store. This role is suited for amazon experts who is capable to work on a part-time basis with us for 2-4 hours on a daily basis.
To qualify, you must have the following:
1. Excellent verbal and written English language
2. Experience of at least 1 year as an Amazon Customer Support
3. Background in moderating comments in Amazon and Seller Feedback
4. Highly organized with a clear attention to detail - we can’t afford to miss
5. Experience using Amazon third party software a plus
6. Understanding of how CRM systems work
