We're after a customer service representative VA for long term hire an ebay/ecommerce store in Australia

Pay rate is $2/hr USD + monthly bonus for good performance

In order to be considered for this role you must be able available during business hours on weekdays (9am-5pm Brisbane time). Hours are not necessarily between 9-5 but availability during those hours is preferred. On weekends 2 hours will be required on Saturday morning and 1 hour on Sunday morning.

The 3 biggest requirements for this role are:
1. Being Reliable and compassionate towards customers
2. Accuracy of work - Having great attention to detail
3. Being an effective communicator (fluent written and verbal English)

Duties will mostly include:
- Data entry
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Communicating with suppliers about order issues
- Handling return requests
- Calling customers about orders

This is a long term position. Work will be around 25-28 hours per week.
