looking for a person for customer support for my online gaming accessories shop (Ideally someone that has experience with Shopify)
The job includes:
- responding to customers over
- responding to comments on social media
- contact our suppliers for any question
- potentially answers calls
the job also brings a dynamic part to it such as: contacting influencers, creating spreadsheets for new suppliers and getting assignments from me.
If you have prior knowledge about sales, marketing,
writing and recruiting employees you should let me know
You will need to document your work and create systems for the other employees and for me.
* You need to know how to use Google spreadsheet
* Your English level has to be high. if and when I'll talk to you, you need to know that you won't have grammar mistakes.
* If you have an American accent you get an extra point for that!
the job is 7 hours a day, 7 days a week.
