JOB OVERVIEW

Hello, thank you for reading my posting. If you are serious, please place in your subject line the answer to: what is twelve hundred divided by 3.

We are currently seeking an Email Sales Virtual Assistant specializing in Inbox management and responding to potential sales prospects and handling CRM for our growing Amazon business.

Starting part-time and moving to full time after 2 months if not sooner.

You would be working alongside myself and other virtual assistants to catalog and respond to inbound emails from leads, delegate tasks from these emails to other teammates and clean/maintain our CRM software.

You will use Gmail, Hubspot, GMass and other tools to do the following tasks:
Catalog and sort incoming emails
Respond to emails until bumped up to senior sales
Fill in forms and submit contact on websites
Keep CRM up to date

To excel in this position you should have
EXCELLENT English skills, intuition, spelling, and grammar
Past email responding and inbox organization/cleanup experience
Customer Service/Sales background
Excellent English grammar and friendly disposition
There will be many unique cases to manage and allocate. You need to feel comfortable asking for help, making judgment calls and taking direction.

If things go well you will help me hire your replacement as you move on to more advanced tasks in the business.

Requirements:
1. Teachability, Communication, and Honesty: I need to know if I am being clear and how we can improve as a team, this is dependent on written and phone/video calls between us.
2. Fast internet connection (Please provide online speed test screenshot)

3. Ability to work initially on my US East Coast Schedule to facilitate learning and handling inbound emails in a timely way.

4. Familiarity with the following internet services:
a) Google Chrome Browser and extensions
b) Upgrade to see actual info: Browsing and navigation
c) Google Drive applications: including Sheets, Docs, etc
d) PPC keyword research

5. English reading comprehension: You will need to look at a product and do research to understand it better in order to brainstorm and select the best keywords. Get creative to find this information if needed.

6. English reading and writing skills for emails: You will need to take an online English test if you make it through our first round of applicants

6. Ability to read carefully and follow directions: This is a TEST. If you are following closely, respond to the first math question with the title of a movie you like and your upload/download speed test numbers in the subject line
7. Familiarity with Amazon as a platform
8. Friendly disposition, we want our leads to be happy to see our emails coming in.

Conclusion:
I am a patient and systematic teacher. I will help you learn the process, but you need to have the tools to learn (google/apps, amazon, internet research).

If hired, you will work part-time and get paid for 2 weeks. If after that, we both think the fit is right, you will be hired for full time as the business grows.
