JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an E-commerce Administrator to join our team and help
manage the day-to-day operations for our online marketplaces.

The E-commerce Administrator’s responsibilities include creating and
monitoring new product listings, maintaining spreadsheets, handling customer
service inquiries, and merchandizing products to drive traffic and revenue. To
be successful in this role, you should have strong writing and editing skills,
experience with excel, and be detail oriented.

Ultimately, the E-commerce Administrator will help to grow and maintain our
marketplaces.

Responsibilities:
? Set up new products and oversee product catalog to ensure consistency across
all storefronts
? Create and manage cases with Walmart Seller Help and eBay Seller Help
? Create and update marketing promotions on eBay
? Manage customer reviews and handle customer service messages
? Handle customer returns, cancellations, and replacements
? Merchandize new products and listings to drive traffic and revenue
? Identify and recommend opportunities to improve customer experience and
conversion rate

Requirements:
? Solid writing and editing experience required
? E-Commerce experience
? Proficient technology skills, including in MS Excel
? Experience with Inventory files
? Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
? Basic knowledge of SEO concepts
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Experience with customer service
? Experience with troubleshooting issues for storefronts
? Accuracy and detail-oriented
? Good problem-solving abilities
