JOB OVERVIEW

The Social Media Manager will join our marketing team full-time and will be in charge of the following responsibilities:

- Manage all social media accounts
- Develop content strategies and calendars for all social media platforms
- Create relevant content that follows the overall brand identity
- Measure the success of each platform and identify areas for improvement
- Other relevant duties as assigned by management

The successful candidate is someone who:

- Has at least 2 years of social media management experience
- Has excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media
- Understands SEO and web traffic metrics
- Has a great understanding of social media KPIs
- Has a good eye for design
- Is a multitasker
- Is a team player
- Has excellent written communication skills
- Knows how to use tools such as Buffer and Canva
- Has customer service experience (a plus)
