JOB OVERVIEW

Think you can edit video? Are you good enough to call yourself a video editor? We are hiring :)

We are YouTubers from the Los Angeles area looking to hire video editors for our future business. Currently we are opening our doors to FULL TIME and (daily) Part Time video editors. Realistically we are looking for 1-2, but if you got skills then we'll also pay your bills (hire you too). You will start off with editing videos for social media, specifically in the anime/japan niche. Ultimately we will branch out to other areas.

STARTING rate for this is $20 (for videos with scripts of 450 words).
approximately $12 (for videos with scripts of 250 words).
If you are interested in a monthly salary, this is possible too ($400-$600+ monthly DOE)
payment is bi-weekly.
*DOE=depend on experience

What do you have to do?

Easy. Fill out our application on our Google Docs URL, then complete our very small trial video editing assignment (15+ second video).

Here is our judging criteria:
1.) Communication: (speed, attention to detail, presentation)
2.) Technique (Video Editing, Transitions Sound Editing)
& Design (Composition/framing, Color Grade/Color Correction, Editing rhythm/flow/timing)
3.) Delivery (speed, reviewed submission, execution)

We are basically giving you the answers on how to get this ujj. To's simple. Follow the instructions :)

*Must accept paypal
*Adobe Premiere users are a plus

We also welcome amateurs that want to learn. If you got skills, we'll pay your bills. But if you act like an amateur, we may not be able to offer you work. Don't ignore the job instructions or the job will ignore you!

There are future plans to work with my clients. The pay rate here will be double.
