Front End Software UI UX Designer who can make a web app look AWESOME!

Wanted: A talented Front End Software Designer who can make the UI/UX of our web applications look great!

Must be able to work with/communicate with a back end software developer and create a great end-product together.

UI/UX is not usually something that requires a ton of maintenance, so if you want to stay on board as a permanent position, it would be helpful if you have other skills or roles you're willing to play in our business during periods where there isn't much UI work to do.

Salary:
$350/mo starting salary with raises to $500, $600+ based on performance.
0.5% Profit Share with future increases based on performance
Cash bonuses (e.g. $50, $100) for completed projects (i.e. we have 5-6 web applications planned for the next 6-12 months)
