JOB OVERVIEW

We run various websites and webshops where through a ticket system (freshdesk) many questions from our customers and visitors are being recorded. You will be the first line of contact where you try to answer all questions (tickets) to the best of your knowledge.

Issues that are beyond your capability to solve can be escalated to 2nd line support.

There are also loads of tasks in the areas of social media, SEO, content marketing, content writing, and webmaster tasks. If you have these skills already this could possibly be a fulltime position.. If you don't I'm happy to guide you to learn and grow in these areas.

I do need someone who is able to send invoices for their work (freelancer). Proper English writing skills are also required.

You are free to schedule your own working hours but are expected to be active at least 3 days per week.
