Customer Service Specialist

We're looking for an employee to assist in our customer service needs. The position will include duties such as:

Managing and refunding Shopify orders
Creating and applying Shopify discounts
Monitoring our online chat platform and addressing customer concerns.
Replying to comments on Facebook / Instagram ads
Reviewing and replying to negative and positive reviews on our site.

The ideal employee will have a background in customer service and be knowledgable in Shopify.
