JOB OVERVIEW

Do you want to join the team of a growing Amazon ecommerce business?

We are looking for an e-Commerce marketing all-star who can take full responsibility for our company’s digital marketing strategy and tactical Upgrade to see actual info addition to overseeing and optimizing all Amazon product listings, this individual will manage all digital advertising channels (e.g. Amazon, Facebook, Google, IG, Youtube, Pinterest). In order to make sure that our marketing efforts are on-point, the Marketing Director will uncover deep understanding of our customers--their habits, motivations, and purchasing behavior to develop actionable insights for our digital campaigns.

The Marketing Director will be responsible for coordinating content creation (articles, product listings, social media posts, email marketing, videos, photos, infographics etc.) so must be able to effectively coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, photographers and agencies. We will rely on this individual to manage the advertising budget effectively and Upgrade to see actual info addition, the Marketing Director will also contribute to other business functions including new product research and development.

You will receive a very competitive salary based on your experience level. We pay salaries twice per month and we pay a 13th month bonus!

REQUIRED SKILLS:
-3+ years of experience with ecommerce sales and strong knowledge of search engine optimization (title, description, images, reviews, prices, customer q&a, etc.), ideally on the Amazon algorithm.
-Experience running social media, influencer, affiliate and email campaigns
-Advanced email marketing strategies including list building
-Ability to develop and circulate monthly reports on digital efforts including performance against KPIs.
-Ability to monitor real-time pricing strategies to maximize profits.
-Ability to build high-level marketing strategies and tactical plans across multiple platforms. Must be able to build relevant funnels for each platform.
-Ability to create powerpoint slides, memos and emails to convey ideas and plans to management.
-Managing vendors and agencies
-Keyword research
-Advanced Excel (or Google Sheets)
-Strong Research skills
-Perfect Written English
-Fluent Spoken English (must be comfortable making phone calls to our suppliers & team members)

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS (not required, but strongly advantageous):
-Experience marketing on Amazon
-Experience working in a digital marketing agency
-Project Management experience
-Experience designing A/B tests
-Digital marketing certifications
-Typing 40+ Words Per Minute


TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
--Fast, reliable computer and internet connection is required
--Preferred internet speed of at least 5MB/s (DL) 1MB/s (UL)
--Preferred computer of at least i3 or equivalent processor with 8GB RAM
