Awesome Software Developer

We need a developer who is able to:

1) Create multiple very basic business-related software web apps (e.g. CRM, HelpDesk, Project Management, etc) [NOTE: Re-using existing open source software code is okay].
2) Offer opinions on various software product ideas.
3) Provide tech support to customers when needed.
4) Have familiarity with how to collaborate with UI/frontend Designers for a good finished product.
5) Be able to stay on track with deadlines, communicate well, etc

Also... (not required but would be great): Familiarity with open source licenses and terms and familiarity with FINDING open source software code and an understanding of how to reuse/rebrand it. Again, not required, but would be good.

Salary:
$300 for first month probationary period in which you'd need to show off your developer skills by completing a project.
$500 after probationary period, with future salary increases to $600, $700, $800+ based on merit and successful product launches.
0.5% Company Profit Share after probation, with future increase based on merit.

IMPORTANT: We are not looking for a one-time freelancer. We are looking for a permanent team member who is willing to stay with us for a long time.
